Applications
We manufacture rubber components for the most important companies, including: gear levers, control levers and pedal boots and bellows; rubber boots for constant velocity joints as well as tried and tested flexible rubber joints.
We also offer engine intake manifolds and sleeves co-molded with customized metal and plastic parts. For sprayers, in 1978 we developed the “Shield Leaf Guard”, which is still used in numerous situations. It replaces the analog version made of sheet metal, and combines efficiency, safety and ease of assembly.
We are the largest producer of rubber hood rods in Italy, entirely fabricated in our plant in Reggio Emilia, with high-quality EPDM material.
Materials
Careful design and exhaustive laboratory tests help us to reach standards of quality that would have been unimaginable just a few years ago, and if the item is carefully designed it is possible to create a product that is both aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional. By selecting the most suitable polymer base and formulating the mix with tried and tested recipes, it is possible to produce materials that offer resistance to chemicals, to Ozone and to UV rays.
