BARBIERI RUBBER, in cooperation with TeamSystem, has completed the digitization project of all production departments.

Taking advantage of the downtime caused by the Covid19, digital innovation processes and related technologies have been implemented to counter the industrial production crisis.

In the last two years, the collection and management of all production data has been completed in a single Factory MRP software, first with a single MES and then with PowerMES to automate the collection and reset manual entry errors.

In a second “Analytics” phase, we focused on using the data to obtain value. We have thus gone from 1% in the past to using 60% of reasonably collectable production data today.
